Personal Safety is a two-fold concept that consists of two distinct but equally
important components. First there is the educational portion which teaches you how
and why things go wrong and makes you aware of how to identify those circumstances.
This educational portion is then fully complemented by the second component of hands-on
personal training which enables you to deal with those types of situations, if they
should occur.
