Grandmaster Won-kuk Lee

An ITA Delegation was privileged to travel to Washington D.C. in July 2002 to attend the last seminar conducted by Chung Do Kwan and TaeKwonDo Founder Grandmaster Won-kuk Lee before his death on February 2nd, 2003. Grandmaster Won-kuk Lee is credited with being the first to organize Korean Martial Arts in 1944 after the Japanese no longer  occupied Korea.
